This agreement, made between Greenberg & Lieberman - Lieberman Law Offices and , hereinafter known as Prospective Client, memorializes the terms under which Prospective Client will provide to Greenberg & Lieberman - Lieberman Law Offices information and material relating to his/her invention, name/logo, and/or work of authorship for the purpose of evaluation and/or application. Greenberg & Lieberman - Lieberman Law Offices hereby agrees and promises, under penalty of law, that any and all such information and material submitted to it by Prospective Client shall be maintained in strict confidence pursuant to the attorney-client privilege.
